2005. WHERE IT STARTED
It started beside an Orlando resort pool with one hair-braiding cart, a box of colorful strands, and two sisters who wanted to make children feel special on vacation.
Children gathered to choose their colors and styles. Parents watched their faces light up and reached for their cameras. What left that little cart was more than a braid. It was a memory a child carried home.
The next day, another line formed. Then another.
In those smiles, Brena and Karla found the idea that still guides the company.
The most unforgettable guest experiences are created in the smallest, most personal moments.
TWENTY YEARS LATER
That one cart became a family recreation partner operating across Central Florida resorts, with programs running daily on-property and partnerships lasting more than fifteen years.
What hasn't changed is who's running it. Brena works directly with resort partners and guest experience. Karla oversees operations, hiring and training. Every artist on your property is our responsibility, and every experience carries your brand.

Where It All Began
